Shipping & Delivery:

• We aim to deliver your order with secure packaging and within the promised timeline.
• Shipping is done Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays & public holidays.
• Orders are sent via trusted courier partners for safe & timely delivery.
• If no courier service is available in your area, we use Book Post or Speed Post at applicable cost.
• Deliveries happen between 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched in 2–3 business days.
• Pre-orders are shipped as per the timeline mentioned on the product page.
• Delivery takes 5–7 business days post dispatch.
• Delays may occur due to factors like bad weather or courier strikes, but we will keep you updated.
  

How to track your order? 

• Tracking ID is shared via WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
• Address changes accepted only before the order is shipped.
• Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day.
